Lenex
Lenex was a NeXTStep user interface to MEAD DATA CENTRAL'S LEXIS/NEXIS On-Line Information Services for journalists, lawyers and other information researchers. Lenex is a client/ server application requiring a Lenex Modem Server (bundled with the first copy) and any number of clients. A single application came with one server and one client. Additional clients were available separately.
All major access services were supported, including CompuServe, SprintNet, Tymnet and MEADnet. Direct Internet access was also supported.
