Mesa
Mesa was a traditional spreadsheet that received the 1993
NeXTWORLD magazine Best of Breed award for
Financial Modeling. Mesa includes palletized objects and an
object library model to enable cuscom programs to include
spreadsheet functionality. Mesa also contains MScript, a
powerful, easy-to-learn scripting language that harnesses
the power of your spreadsheet. Mesa accepts real-time,
real-world data from financial exchanges, medical
instruments, data/telephone switches, and other sources to
allow analysis and reporting. Mesa lias SQL functions to
select, insert, and update information from and to SQL
databases and a Visual Report Builder for
professional-quality reports. Mesa has 2D and 3D chart
types. Worksheets could contain any number of charts. Mesa
has file compatibility with Excel 3.0, Lotus 1-2-3. SYLK,
and 20/20.
Mesa spreadsheet software included one year of free
upgrades and unlimited technical support. Floating
licenses, site licenses, and academic pricing were
available.
