InFlow
InFlow brought an innovative approach to invoicing, inventory control and sales and purchase orders. Business forms, such as invoices, were graphically created by drawing and dropping Report Objects from a palette and were transparently and dynamically connected to the accounting engine.
Such documents could then be used directly for interactive entry by any non-accountant user. In one easy step, the document was filled out as an ordinary form and saved as an ordinary file. But in the background, the system generated the pertinent accounting transactions, which could easily be audited with QuantaFlow.
InFlow's object-oriented design made it particularly flexible and enables customization to suit specialized needs.
Sales and purchase orders could automatically be transformed into invoices. Inventory tables were automatically kept up to date.
Because InFlow used the same database as QuantaFlow, it was seamlcssly integrated with other SUMERIS Accounting System modules.
A version adapted for French businesses was available from SUMERIS France.
