Templates worked with Averyî and other major brands of laser printer labels.

Labels Service Sort
The Labels service Sort ccould be used with any text file that went through the pasteboard, which made WriteNow and Edit much more powerful as information management tools. Any text that worked with cut and paste could be selected and sorted with the Labels service Sort. The Sort understood fields separated by commas or tabs and let you choose which three fields, in which order, will be used for the sort. In addition to keeping address lists organized, this made it easy to maintain simple project schedules and other administrative lists in WriteNow or another text processor, then to sort the information by person, date, locations or other category.
Labels Service
Paget Labels ran right from the Services menu of your text or word processor. The panel displayed all of the fields in the first record of the file, which made it easy to select sort keys and set parameters. You could skip the first line of the file (for WriteNow names records,) change the addresses to all capitals, and have bulk mail codes added to the addresses. After reading your address file, Labels provided an address record count for you. The defaults could be changed on the Preferences panel and the whole service could be easily turned off there as well.
Presort Bulk Mail
When you selected theBulk Mail option on the Sort panel, the Labels service Sort will check for qualification with the basic Presort rules: groups of three digit or five digit zip codes going to domestic (United States) addresses. Third class letters in quantities of 200 or more can qualify. The bulk mail results report showed the number of pieces of mail in each zip code and the postal rate applied.
Templates
Templates were included for address labels, folder labels, return address labels, postcards (information side, address side, and special return address RSVP format) and envelopes. The templates were created in WriteNow, and can use address files from Edit, WriteNow, WordPerfect and other text or word processors.
